e-Mail Adress Problems

 

Dear Sir or Madam!

Over the last weeks we received a lot of questions from investors why they do not get any mail from the RBH. In the last 14 days we checked all internal informations for invalid mail adresses. Yesterday we deleted several hundred zero-accounts where the email adress was not reachable.

At several email service providers our mails were not delivered because of a DNS problem after the change of our infrastructure. This should be fixed now.

Following you will find all usernames from our old system who are invested but the email adress is not reachable. If you know somebody behind those nicknames personaly we please you to contact the person so that he/she can contact us to insert a new valid email adress.
Also below this list you find email adresses which are overloaded the whole time and because of this not reachable. We please you to contact the persons too if you know them.
