System Changes

 

Dear Sir or Madam!

The last days we changed several features in our online banking system:

1.    Verifications

To meet all requirements towards an implementation into the financial system all internal and external transactions are only available if you finished the verification process correctly.

If you are not verified yet you will get a notice for it after you login into the system. Deposits are still working if you are not verified.

 

2.    Liberty Reserve

We finally started to work with the API for Liberty Reserve.

Deposits and withdrawals can now be done without problems via your online banking backend.

Please be adviced that Liberty Reserve transactions depend on the currency you use for your RBH Accounts.

What in fact does it mean?

Liberty Euro can just be transfered to a RBH Euro account.
Liberty Dollar can just be transfered to a RBH Dollar account.
You can transfer to as many Liberty Reserve accounts as you like out of your RBH account.
You can only transfer to Liberty Euro out of a RBH Euro account.
You can only transfer to Liberty Dollar out of a RBH Dollar account.
If you want to use both you need to hold an RBH account for each currency and you are able to change between Dollar and Euro in your online banking!

 

3.    Secure-TAN

Our Secure-TAN software has been released in an updated version which is compatible with Windows 7. You can download the updated version at your online banking backend → Personal Settings → Security → RBH Secure-TAN.

 

4.    Security

Please be adviced that in future lost login details can just be readjusted  if you are verified, set up a secret question and your personal answer for it. Our support team has been adviced to check those verification details before doing any adjustments to make sure that the real customer wants to get those informations. Same works for Secure-TAN and Account-PIN!

After a transition deadline untill March the 31^st of 2010 we will charge a fee corresponding to our fee overview you can find by visiting the homepage. If your account has no positive coverage

we require to fund your account before the asked action will be done by our support staff!
