Dear Sir or Madam!

The last weeks we made some important changes regarding our servers. As one result the Teamspeak IP was changed to: 83.169.44.221:8500

Please update your Teamspeak client to the new IP! All login informations remain the same so you do not need to change any of your personal details in your client software.

A detailed tutorial for the software is available on our homepage by visiting the FAQ section.

The RBH question and answer meetings will now be held every Friday at 8:00 PM! In this meeting you are able to get your problem or feedback questions answered by our support staff crew. If there are any special questions please feel free to use our ticket system. If you want to get your question answered privately you can also email us at backoffice@rbh-bank.com .

Because we finally are in contact with a partner for the credit card implementation it can happen that some menue entries in the navigation bar in your onlinebanking is not reachable because the software needs to be updated to work with it!

To urge our primary implementation into the worldwide financial system we want to please all shareholders who have not done it yet to move their personal details from the share systems to our onlinebanking software!

If you are already finished with this step please login to your onlinebanking backoffice and check if your account is verified. If not so please upload the required documents. If you dont see any hint after your login regarding the verification all is ok so far.

If there are any problems to scale your documents to meet the needs for sizes feel free to send them to helpdesk@rbh-bank.com . Our support staff is willingly to help you too!

On July the 1st the prelaunch of a new affiliate program started. One product will be our RBH Mastercard but there are many more products and services to explore!
